Browsing and security

Hosting provider Keliweb may process IP addresses, date and time, requested resources and technical browser information in access logs to deliver and protect the site. Hosting log settings and retention depend on the hosting agreement. The Lurevana monitor does not store raw IP addresses. Abuse prevention uses a temporary HMAC of the IP, removed on the next activity after expiry (up to 24 hours). Basis: legitimate interests in service security and availability, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Enquiries and collaboration

The form collects name, email, message, optional company, location and sector, language, date, reference, status and internal handling notes. We use these to answer your request, based on requested precontractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or legitimate interests in professional communication (Article 6(1)(f)). Mandatory fields are needed to handle the contact. There is no automatic marketing subscription. Enquiries remain in the monitor for 180 days from receipt and are removed on the next activity. Contract records, correspondence and documents subject to retention duties are managed separately for their applicable purposes and obligations. Chat text becomes part of an enquiry only if you copy it into the form and confirm submission.

Appointment requests also collect your preferred day, time, time zone, call method and, if provided, phone number. These details are saved with your enquiry and included in the internal email notification when enabled. This website does not automatically create calendar events or meetings with Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Mike agrees availability and the call link directly with you.

Digital assistant and AI

Mike AI is a digital assistant associated with Mike Giardina’s photo, not a live conversation with Mike. Local guidance runs in your browser and sends no messages to an AI provider. When generative AI is configured and you give specific consent, your message and up to eight previous turns are sent through the server to OpenAI to generate a reply (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Unticking consent stops future transfers without retroactive effect. The site does not archive AI chats. The provider may retain technical and security data under its terms even when a request uses store=false. Processing outside the EEA may occur; the provider’s contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required, apply. Do not enter sensitive data, passwords or confidential information. Answers may be incorrect and are not offers, technical assessments or appointment confirmations.

Optional voice features

Dictation requires an explicit action and microphone permission. Your browser or operating system service may process audio on external servers under its own terms; typing is an alternative. Speech playback uses an available browser voice, not Mike’s actual voice. The site does not retain audio recordings.

Statistics and recipients

Visit and button statistics stay off until cookie consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Only daily totals by language, event and visitor/owner group are kept for 31 days; no advertising profiles or identifiers are created. Enquiry and AI response counts support service operations. Enquiry data is accessible to the controller and necessary technical providers, including hosting and email. The form saves enquiries in the monitor and, when configured, sends a notification to a Lurevana mailbox. It does not automatically forward enquiries to robotics manufacturers. Data is not sold.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. Email privacy@lurevana.com. You may complain to a supervisory authority, such as the authority in Hesse or in your country. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. No solely automated decisions with legal effects are made about you.
